High Temperature Neutral Sealants are formulated with the highest industrial technologies on the market. Suitable for the replacement of conventional gaskets, except spacer gaskets. Replaces all types of gaskets including: corks, rubbers, conventional silicones, felts, etc. Resistant to oil, grease, glycols, and automatic transmission fluids. Withstands temperatures of up to 240 ° C with peaks of up to 320 ° C. Does not damage vehicle sensors. O.E.M. original product (USA). Exceeds all standard requirements specified by automotive manufacturers. Non corrosive to aluminum, iron and steel. More flexible than any other material.
Ideal for sealing oil pans, transmission crankcases, intake manifolds, thermostat boxes, hose connections, gearboxes, differential covers, engine front covers, water pumps, carburetor flanges, etc. Important: It is NOT suitable for parts and compartments that are submerged in gasoline (e.g. fuel buoy).
How to Use
Clean and remove grease, oil, rust and dust from surfaces to be sealed. Avoid the use of detergents and cleaning soaps due to possible residues that disrupt sealant adhesion. Use solvent based degreaser or mechanical abrasive for better cleaning efficiency. Apply a uniform layer on one of the surfaces, surrounding holes when necessary. Join the pieces when starting to dry, about 5 to 8 minutes after application. Do not over tighten the screws to avoid expelling the applied product. Film forms in 10 minutes. After one hour of application wipe off excess sealant and allow to cure for 24 hours. After use, replace the cap as sealant will harden when in contact with air. Remove the remaining sealant from the applicator nozzle to allow for easy reuse.

Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place. Keep packaging closed to avoid risk of cure being exposed to moisture and oxygen from the air. Keep away from heat sources. Keep in original packaging for preservation of product quality. Do not reuse the packaging. Ideal storage temperature 15 ° C to 35 ° C.
