The ORBI Flushing additive is designed to promote internal engine cleanliness, by fully removing gum, varnish, and dirt accumulated over the lifetime of the lubricating oil. Must be used before changing oil.
ORBI Flushing – Crankcase and Engine Cleaner designed to remove gums, varnishes and dregs from the inside of any engine. When added to old oil before changing, ORBI Flushing cleans internal parts and prevents contamination of the new oil, clearing the entire engine lubrication system. Formulated with a synergistic blend of solvents that enhances solvency power.
Must be added to the vehicle crankcase before changing oil. Check oil level before adding product, so as to not allow it to exceed the maximum level indicated by the manufacturer. If necessary drain 500ml of oil to be changed, add the contents of the package to the engine oil inlet, start the engine, and allow it to idle for approximately 15 minutes. Shut off engine and drain crankcase oil as normal. Visually check condition of engine oil for very viscous “pasty” appearance.
It is also recommended to perform a second cleaning using new oil plus ORBI Flushing additive, following the same steps above, to guarantee full cleaning. Change the oil filter and fill the crankcase with engine oil.
Attention: In case of excessive sludge, we recommend removing the crankcase and valve cover for mechanical cleaning. Do not use this product in vehicles that have high consumption of lubricating oil or bearing clearance.
