Orbifix Fixed Bearing is a single component liquid which cures between metal parts without the presence of air, forming an inert and resistant component. The cured adhesive provides 100% contact between the parts. Suitable for fixing bearings, bushings, keys, pins, propellers and rotor shafts (pumps) with a clearance of up to 0.15 mm avoiding press mounting and the use of thermal expansion or contraction.

Clean parts to be fixed and remove any oil, grease, and dust. Apply ORBIFIX FIXED BEARING to one of the parts and join the other part, move the pieces to ensure that all the spaces in contact are filled. Total cure time 12 hours.
