OrbiVed – Silicone Adhesive
OrbiVed – Silicone Adhesive is a flexible multipurpose acetic cure silicone adhesive that vulcanizes at room temperature. Used for sealing, caulking, gluing, and fixing common metallic, ceramic, and glass materials.
Important: Not suitable as a motor sealant. For this use refer to our codes 2, 336, 337 and 6413. Film forms in approximately 10 minutes and total cure occurs within 24 hours.
How to Use
1. Surface must be clean, dry, and free from dirt.
2. Puncture the tube nozzle using the cap itself.
3. Fit the applicator in the tube and cut it to the desired thickness at an angle of 45 °.
4. With the 45 ° inclined tube, apply a uniform layer on one surface at an ambient temperature of + 5 ° C to + 40 ° C. Finish using a spatula
5. Put the pieces together.
